As a speaker, consultant and trainer, Toni Harrell Lawrence-Mathis' emphasis is on helping others to excel. Along with her brother, the late legendary speaker Keith Harrell, Toni was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, surrounded by strong and positive role models. Together they learned that "Attitude is Everything," a message that Keith shared with thousands of audiences, making him one of the most sought after speakers in the country. Although focused on her career as a Police Captain (the first African American woman to earn that title in the State of Washington) for much of that same time, Toni often teamed with her brother in building and spreading this message to positively influence countless lives.

Knowing the extraordinary impact that this message had on the thousands who heard Keith speak or read his books, Toni has now focused her life on making sure that it continues to change lives. With a BA in Education and a MA in Organizational Management, her history-making rise through the Washington State Police, and her role as a key force in the development of "Attitude is Everything," Toni is honored to share this invaluable message through dynamic keynote speeches, consulting and training.
