Hattie Hill has over twenty-eight years experience as a businesswoman, author, professional speaker and international management consultant. Her expertise in Global Leadership, Customer Service, Diversity and Inclusion has been shared with major organizations throughout North America and 42 countries. She is regularly quoted in local and national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today on matters concerning human relations in corporate America. Ms. Hill was honored to partner with well-known Motivational Speaker and Author Keith Harrell in authoring a new book, Connect — Building Success Through People, Purpose and Performance released on May 22, 2007.
Recently, Ms. Hill was honored as a recipient the 2007 Trumpet Awards “High-Heels in High Places”. Ernst & Young honored Ms. Hill as the recipient of the first “Ernst & Young 2007 Inclusiveness Champion of the Year”. Meeting Professionals International named Ms. Hill “International Supplier of the Year Ð 2004.” Meeting News Magazine named her as one of the 2003 “25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry.” Working Woman Magazine recognized Ms. Hill as a nominee for “Entrepreneurial Excellence.”

Yolanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Redlands in California. She serves on the Young Entrepreneurs Council for the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova South Eastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is very involved in the South Florida business community.

Sandra has 27 years experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Quality Implementation with 20 years at a senior level. Her expertise is in the implementation of organizational enhancements to meet business strategy and in coaching individuals to assess and enhance personal competence.
Through her dynamic coaching, facilitation and consultative skills, Sandra is most recognized for her success in helping organizations build capability and achieve leadership positions within their markets. Sandra has been sought after for her ability to guide individuals and organizations to higher levels of service delivery, customer satisfaction and performance.
Most of Sandra’s career has been helping organizations raise the bar on performance and in coaching senior executives and middle managers to maximize their potential within their organizations. Sandra’s 25 years in training and facilitation has included programs in: Strategy Development and Implementation, Leadership Development, Becoming Customer-Driven, Building Organizational Capability, Behavioural Assessment and Coaching Skills.
Her programs have been presented at North American and National Conferences, Community Colleges, Associations and with clients in Canada, the United States and Europe.
