You can sign-up for the assessment online. We will provide you with instructions that detail the entire process, a master set of instructions for you to distribute to your evaluator audiences, and a web site URL that allows you to monitor survey progress.
	We’ll provide you with a custom invitation to use when inviting survey participants. The invitation will contain all the information the participants will need to access and complete your survey.
	At the conclusion of the survey we’ll prepare your feedback reports and provide you with a master copy of the Guide to Understanding Your AQ360° Results. Additionally, so you can fully utilize the data obtained, our coaches are available to help you create a plan to put your survey results into practice.
